Lee Craig ABII MIPSA – Managing Director:
Managing Director of Pagoda Security Services Ltd, Lee who has just short of 10 years experience within the industry operates and oversee’s all area of the Security Company with the Head Office based in Newhaven. Having amassed his experience from the days when he was serving as a Police Officer with Sussex Police dealing with major front-line incidents across the Sussex area, he left to commence a career in the security sector when taking up a position as an operations manager for a large Sussex based security provider. After several years he created Pagoda Security Services in 2009 which led on to become one of the most popular and sought after security companies across the south coast, having rapidly expanded from within Brighton & Hove to a national level within 18 months due to the success and requests of a number of national corporate contracts using Pagoda Security.
Lee plays an active part in networking forums, training seminars and crime reductions partnerships and in January 2012 began sponsoring a number of local sports teams, one of which being the University of Sussex Mens Rugby Team, who we hasten to add are doing extremely well! He has also recently started studying for a professional investigators course where he will no doubt absorb a huge amount of information which can be shared amongst current and prosepctive clients.
Stuart Aldred MInstLM - Contracts Manager:
Stuart joined the team in 2011 after a position became available within the company for a contracts manager. Also having in excess of 10 years experience within the security industry and having worked at all levels from Security Officer, Door Supervisor, Head Door Supervisor to Manager, Stuart brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge and has become a key person within the business. Having previoulsy been a schedule and roster manager for a team of over 150 staff and approximately 100 clients, Stuart has the right hands on professional experience with both clients and staff even when managing such a large number.
Having attained his NVQ Level 3 Management qualification in 2010 Stuart will soon be completing his Diploma in Security Management and is also a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management. His ability to manage clients and staff is second to none which has been evidenced by his contributions to the growth of the business and in identifying new clients.
